Instructions:
1: Lock: Flick stop bars to upper position. Slide jaws until the cuffs fit comfortably over your hands, jaw may be tightened as required. Flick stop bar to down position. Jaw is thus locked against travel in either direction.
2: Unlock: Move stop bar to upper position, rotate key one quarterly by turning clockwise. Do not use undue pressure, but be sure to turn key in the proper direction.
